Warranty

All IIRIS halogenerators purchased from this website have 2 years warranty since shipment date; Saltair Salinizers have 1 year warranty since shipment date.
The warranty is valid when the unit has failed due to faulty manufacturing or materials.
All warranty claims will be resolved through repair or replacement. Repairs or replacements may contain refurbished parts and will be warrantied for the remaining period of the original warranty.
The device must have been used in accordance with the documentation and instructions provided by Kokkonen OÜ in user manuals and on this website.
Using the device not in accordance with the user manual or other instructions provided will void the warranty.
The warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, accidents, electrical disturbance or normal wear and tear.
Damage caused by using the product in environments not accordance with the user manual or provided specifications is not covered by the warranty.
Repairs or modifications, attempted or completed, by an unauthorized third party or own initiative will void the warranty.
The warranty does not imply liability for any personal injury, property damage, loss of business or other loss based on all such claims, whether for product defect, the product failed to give warning, or otherwise, other than the limited warranty obligations provided herein.

All IIRIS halogenerators that are purchased from this website have a 14 day satisfaction guarantee policy.
If the device fails to meet your satisfaction, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of receiving your shipment.
Condition is that the device is in a good, working, condition with all the accessories and original packing material.
Refunds will be credited to your account.
Refunds or Exchanges will only be granted on items purchased directly from salt-cocoon.com website. Kokkonen OÜ takes 20 days to inspect the item, process the return and issue the refund. This does not include delivery time.
Shipping charges or expenses will not be refunded
